What counts as an ambassador?
One student, staff member or alumnus with a live profile on your platform. The prospective students who browse those profiles and start conversations are unlimited and never counted.
Do all tiers include the same features?
Yes. Tiers differ only by ambassador count: every institution gets 1:1 live chat, custom questions, the embeddable widgets, moderation, analytics, CRM sync and the mobile app.
What if we grow past our tier?
Move up whenever you need to. Pricing follows the number of ambassadors you'd like live on your site, so if you want to add more we simply move you to the matching tier.
Is onboarding included?
Every tier includes personalised onboarding (branding the platform to your institution, bringing your ambassadors on board and embedding the widget on your site), so there's no separate setup project to budget for.
Can we try it first?
Yes. The live demo is the real widget, embedded as it would be on your site: browse the ambassadors and start a chat. Then book a demo and we'll show you the admin side on a page from your region.
Which CRMs do you sync with?
HubSpot, Salesforce, EspoCRM and Zapier. Onboarding questions map to CRM fields, so every conversation lands in your CRM as a structured lead.
Where is our data hosted?
In the EU. Tribe is GDPR compliant by construction: conversations stay on the platform, under your own domain, and remain reviewable by your own team.
Why is Tribe cheaper than the platforms we've been quoted?
